NNL Buffalo Scale Model Show Rules
All patrons of the NNL Buffalo Scale Model Show, including attendees, volunteers, vendors, and entrants are reminded that they are expected to follow all NNL Buffalo Scale Model Show rules and guidelines, as well as those of the hosting Facility.
Should any patron, attendee, volunteer, vendor, or entrant engage in harassment, either verbal or physical, directed toward another patron or event staff member, they will be obliged to leave the premises. Any models they may have on display will be disqualified. Any admission & entry fees will not be refunded.
The NNL Buffalo Scale Model Show is open to all registrants.
The total number of entries by a builder is NOT limited, bring as many as you want.
Best of Awards will be determined by People’s Choice and Builders Choice
Senior Entries will be age 17 and up and will have separate awards for Builders Choice and People’s Choice. There will be one award given to the Best Junior Entry from a combined vote from Builders and General Public. Awards will given in the following categories
- Best Paint
- Best Engine
- Best Interior
- Best Automotive Diorama
- Best Motor Cycle
- Best Commercial
- Best Primer Work in Progress
- Best Custom
- Best Military Non-Tracked Vehicle
- Best Junior
There will be 2 Theme awards and Best of Show.
- Best Theme “Four Eyed Classic”
- Best Theme “Big Wagon”
Best of Show will be determined by total combined votes from all categories.

Vehicles will be separated into different classes for display purposes only, see the class sheet for details.
Due to the finite amount of display space available, entries larger than 2 square feet or 18 inches on any side will only be permitted at the discretion of the show chairman.
To maximize display table space, contestants are required to limit the size of their reference material or documentation to a 5” X 7” (13 cm X 18 cm) format. Magazines and large ‘build books’ will be removed.
